Resetting accounts is not possible in iGP Manager, however, you can delete your account and then re-use the same email for a new account.
"Deleting accounts is permanent and cannot be undone. To delete your account, please submit a request for assistance by visiting the Help page at the bottom of the side menu in your iGP Manager account and opening the Help & Support tab." -
