Promotion Didn’t work

Hey guys!

Sadly we tried to help a league to promote their pro managers, by sending some pro accounts to them.

Before last race 2 managers left the league and the promotion didn’t work. We had no chance to react.

It would be super nice if you can promote the current top4 of the pro tier to elite.

It’s sad for them because they wanted to race elite with all active managers. And again one season in pro tier would be a bit unfair and decreases the gameplay fun ….

Yes i know, but maybe in that case they can do something. I mean we did everything to give the promotion….. 

And i think the main priority should be „happy gamers who enjoy the game“
And I think racing in a tier with less activ managers isn’t enjoyable….. 

So i would like the support to think about that case.

And for sure the „old“ behavior „getting tiers full“ doesn’t count anymore….. because players in less active tiers will lose motivation to play.

Also i would mention that the „no promotion rule“ is s bit difficult. If a league made sure that promotion will work, but than before last race enough manager will leave, the league will lose the promotion and the managers will remain in their tiers.

Tbh that the worst costumer server I have ever seen in games. you honestly give the advice to the managers they should leave their friends? 

But between your sentence I understand that iGP wants that leagues will dying in hope the managers will join another league. But i think the most thing what will happen is that managers will leave iGP. Because if I cannot race with my friends why should I play the game…..

It shows again how far away you are from usual players 

The „you“ was not meant for you…. It was meant for the whole team
