Helmets

For decades (it feels like decades) the suggestion of personalised helmets for each driver is around. Pleeeease bring it with the next update. If you have to bring it with designs you have to unlock with tokens, then do it. But bring them already. ?

Once I suggested personalized gloves too. This is how iGP should make money. It would boost the game development.

I would happily waste my tokens on a cool helmet instead of the people avatars 

I would buy helmets, gloves, rims and numbers. Not hats and glasses.

It should be applied the same system of car liveries instead of using a generic driver model. There are other visual improvements like coloured tyres or sponsors but the things in opening post would help iGP to grow.

Oh yes you are right. Never would i buy a hat for the driver. This is so useless ?

Business basic 101, the money Is in the cosmetics for a free to play game.

Would be fun to know how much they made with the special hats???

I am gobsmacked this post hasn't been approved yet. You could even let us the players design some for you with a competition of some sort. You went to the effort to make silly hats no one wanted! On the customisation idea, livery's... Numbers... 

I don't understand it either. I made a similar post a year or so ago. Nothing ?

people avatars should be a bit cheaper for those who just start, maybe first customization is free

New avatars are stupid they all be free forever

I would buy a few for my drivers. It would make more revenue than waiting for people to customize their cars again or naming their drivers and crew; Personally I wouldn’t waste my tokens doing either of these two again.

I would waste them as well.there could be tons of options to generate revenue. For example a special Senna Helmet you can unlock.

And why stop there. Customized Gloves, overalls, shoes... 

It would be nice to change the style of avatars for both drivers and staff. In the style of comix about Michel Vaillant. The best ever racing comix featured not only fictional but also real drivers, including F1 legends. The ability to use avatars that look like real drivers will be a great gift for fans of strategies in style of FIFA, NBA, NHL. Where the player manages a real team, with real athletes.

Plus the ability to choose the color of alloy wheels - gold, silver, bronze or one of the colors of the livery.

It’s also good to introduce the ability to buy (or unlock for achievements) the legendary liveries of past years. Some examples: early James Hunt-era Texaco-Marlboro; early Benettons; Alain Prost-era Renault; Nigel Mansell's Canon Williams; Martini/Parmalat (both red AR and white BMW); Yardley BRM; JPS Lotus; Gold Leaf Lotus; Gulf Oil; Williams Rothmans; West (both red Zakspeed and silver McLaren Mercedes); Mild Seven Benetton and Renault; Camel Lotus; etc.

This is not only aesthetic, but also a good source of income for the devs of a very good game.

If you have enough money to buy the rights to use people's images and companies' logos(even illegal/banned ones), it's possible...
