I wanted to make a league to have fun with my friends but unfortunately I am on pro league while they are on rookie.

Can you guys demote me so I can play with them?

Hello,
In early 2021 the support team discontinued the manual relegation service for teams who weren't affected by bugs. 
However, if you join a well populated league which is near the end of their season, you will be able to relegate yourself by purposefully retiring on the first lap. 
Sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.
