I leave the strat page, and come back to it with not the strategy I want.

I'm sure you can check the logs and see I've attempted to save the strategy at least 10 times from 20mins prior to quali start

Yeap… i was about to post a topic but just seen this thread. I have also tried switching between IOS and ANDROID. Same thing is happening.

Is anyone else having issues with saving strategy… both my ios and android devices are not saving strategy set ups. Keeps resetting to default Back to 3 stop and MEDIUMS….

This has been fixed now.

I can only apologise, a database optimisation caused this to occur. It has been fixed as of about 10 minutes ago.

For any races that started at 7pm GMT with the issue, I can understand if they want a re-run. That can be requested in this thread.

Absolutely, just make a request in the race re-run thread.

I've been heavily optimising data structures behind the game for performance. Some unused legacy data was removed, however it was still referenced in some code (despite not being used), and this caused a temporary failure when attempting to retreive a larger set of data. In this case, strategies. This happened without throwing any errors, which is why it was missed. It no doubt impacted a lot of races in the 30 minutes or so it was present, so I am expecting a lot of re-run requests. Just two references in the source code needed to be deleted to resolve it, but such details can have far-reaching consequences.

It is always regrettable when any races have to be rescheduled as the result of a service fault. Again, apologies for this, it was my mistake in this instance.

When support re-run a race, everything should be automatically reset accordingly, including money spent directly on the race.
