Is there a formula for tire wear? For example, let's say my wear is 5% and I want to run that tire for 13 laps. The wear isn't 65%, it's closer to 50-55% worn. Is there a simple formula for me to calculate it on my own?

I can send a excel table that I did or or you can use the app. Or take a look here: https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread_1/50621

It's a recursive formula. Let's suppose you have a 10% tyre wear, you will have lap after lap:

100-10%(100)=100-10=90
90-10%(90)=90-9=81
81...

The exact formula is 100*e^-(0.01*x*laps) where x is the percentage of tyre wear. Keep in mind that nobody knows if tyre wear is 4.9 or 5.1 so you cannot know the exact value for each lap...

Thank you! That helps.
