does double stacking exist?

1. No refueling mid race/two different tyre compound?
2. Refuelling during mid race/anytyre compound?

If both the fuel and tyre symbols are green it's:
3. refuelling during race allowed/two different dry tyres required except if it rains or there's water on the track during the race

Regarding double stacking. If you double stack and your two cars are separated in the race by less than 5 seconds, the second car to pit will lose time.
