Could not load race from PC

What did you try to do?
Attend race via PC / Race id=63458884

What happened instead?
the "Second phase" of loading screen stuck at about 20%

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Win11

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Firstly Chrome, and also failed on Firefox too. After clearing cookies/browser history etc..

Can the bug be reproduced?
I believe at least one other person in our league had issues. I have yet to try any other race myself

Additional comments:
No problem when I switched to my Android phone - race loaded on that, so assume PC/windows/browser issues

Shouldn’t be the case, did you clear cache? Maybe hard refresh might be the solution since it’s more aggressive with cache clearing.

Did you clear cache as mentioned previously? Everything works fine for me, I logged in your account to check.

Yes Jose, every time I clear the cache/cookies/browser history.

Just tried again, to view a race, still stuck loading at 17% this time!

OK, got in this time - I reset the igpmanager cookies settings on Chrome.
