I am in the market for an engine supplier. Minimum level 25. Minimum set - up +25 Acceleration all tracks / -10 Braking all tracks.
My new season starts in 5 days. I need to have it by then. Customer waiting...

The stat weakness is always half the strength.  You can't have +25 in something and -10 in something else .  If you have +10 it will come with -5 or +20 will have a -10 with it.  The only reason you 25 and 13 is because half 25 is 12.5 but it rounds it up 13.
