It's a simple question, mostly to the mods/devs but also anyone willing to put their name in the hat:

Who is the poorest player in iGP?

I don't know the current poorest player but when I used to do support a few years back the worst I had seen was something in the neighborhood of negative $100-200 million. The poor guy had quit or didn't have time to log back in for ages and e-mailed asking if it could be reset.


For a period of time I was doing "care package" style recoveries before Jack asked me to stop doing that — I was setting their cash balance to say, negative $5 million, so they still had to work their way out of debt (as a way to blanket address the players who might abuse spending money willy nilly) but without being so heavily discouraged as to start all over with a new account. I never touched the token balances (which were often zero).

I know Gustavo used to pull accounts out of debt,  he would’ve seen some mindblowing amounts in red font with a minus in front of it ?

If my financial history allowed me to go back far enough, I would screenshot it as I should've at the time when I saw the astronomical number. I took a break from the game while forgetting to leave a league, and came back mid June to -233.4 million in debt.

That seems to line up with my story, I think it was you who'd reached out for help. Maybe you can corroborate?

I cannot concur. I don't believe I reached out for any help to get out of that level of debt. I knocked maybe 80-90 million of that off before using tokens for the rest. I frequently spend money to support the game and show my appreciation for the game I play most, which gave me the opportunity to get out of debt entirely.
