What did you try to do?
Latest season was scheduled to start. No race was available, now shows Round 2, no results.

What happened instead?
NOTHING!

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Oppo

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
N/A

Can the bug be reproduced?
Hopefully not, will add further comment after the next scheduled race in 23 hours.

Update - 2nd day still no race. Now showing Round 3.

Additional comments:
Tokens were spent on setups etc also.

Same thing happened here. League race - Canada. League ID 801912.
No DRS, cars teleport around the track. Connection problems. When we re-enter the track, the progress is reset and we start from the first lap.

Not sure if this is the same, but regardless this is still not fixed.


Can't race in the league. Not sure what the point of this actual game is currently.

Hi Jeff, really sorry about this. Thanks for reporting it and for being so patient. It looks like a process for locking practice still needed restarting to use the new code that was applied yesterday. It should have the update now and work from the next race.

We are live with Mexico GP right now. Game is unplayable. Cars slow down almost every straight and then speed up to warp speed in corners. 
Why you ruined such a great 2D game just cos u wanted W2W racing in 3D.

I'm literally about to roll out an update for exactly this. If you can hold on a few hours. Feedback from testers last night was hugely positive btw, they said it made 3D fun for them, and 2D was back to pre-update behaviour as well.

Looking into this now, I think I have identified the cause. Genuinely, sorry for the experience in the last few days. We'll get to something better than old iGP soon. I really appreciate your patience at this time.

EDIT: Indeed there was an issue clearly identified with how it was detecting teams in the race. Again, apologies, I've updated the code and deployed it to all servers going forward.

Again, I can only apologise for the quality of the service today. It was unacceptable. Everything should be resolved going into this evening and tomorrow. A new verison of the simulator has just been released with better physics also.
