Can't enter race viewer

Race time so went to join race viewer getting stuck on 13% and loading

Race viewer not loading gets stuck on 13%

Same problem, stuck in Loading screen, even reinstalled the game, still doesnt work

The same thing happened to us over at Asphalt. Unfortunately it's not the first time, and there was also a lot riding on it for the guys who are still fighting for the championship. It's a shame that this kind of thing never gets sorted out.

I don't know if there's any way to fix it, or what the alternatives are here. Either way, some kind of compensation in tokens would be welcome, just to calm things down.

I couldn't log in via the app, but I was able to do so on the PC website.

Our race couldn't login via app. One player found that web worked but by that time it was too late
