Looking at whatever is going on with schedules is high on my priority list. However, there is a good chance this is also related to the server capacity issues too. It is unusual that we get more reports of it during times of reaching capacity. Our first priority is to address the capacity then 90% of the bugs being reported right now (which are all manifestations of the capacity being reached) will be resolved.

Have you asked the host to change it? They have the option to change the time if they aren't happy with what it is set to. They can set it an hour later in an instant.
