I have two accounts, one in Elite and one in Professional, my problem is that the Elite is registered with Facebook, and and for about three days I could not enter this account
I have used different Android devices and two computers, but I just can not log in, after approving Facebook in the login, the page loads for a few moments and it is as if it was updated and it looks like it had not done anything.
Currently, we're experiencing an issue with logging in via Facebook.
For the time being, if you access your account via Facebook with the app or on PC, but cannot, please follow these instructions as a temporary solution:
1. Go to the password recovery form by tapping or clicking the link on the log in page.
2. Type in the e-mail of your Facebook account, then check that e-mail address for an e-mail with instructions on signing in with a password.
3. Return to the iGP Manager log in page and sign in with iGP Manager, not Facebook. Enter your e-mail address and the new password from the e-mail.
4. Once you are signed in, make sure to change your password to something different.
This way, you can sign in using an e-mail for a while until the issue is resolved with logging in via Facebook.
