Not able to join my races?

When my race is live, it never tells me it is. In which I am unable to join the race, is it just me or is it happening to anyone else?

The next time you have this problem, please try closing out the app and starting it again to see if it brings up the Go to Race buttons.

Turns out it doesn't alert me on PC but on my iphone it says the race is live but doesn't load.

When you are on your PC, what do you mean it doesn't alert you? Did you try refreshing the website once qualifying results were posted? Are races are able to load on your PC?

When you say it doesn't load on your iPhone, what do you mean? What are you seeing when you want to go to a race?

Are you able to spectate any races on your iPhone?

On PC it doesn't say the race is live when it is even after refreshing and everything. I used to be able to load it on PC but ever since I returned from a hiatus it doesn't show up anymore. On Phone it said loading (something) in which it didn't load so I closed the app and returned to the forums to reply (race is over so I can't check what that something is).

Any idea how to fix it?

You should clear the cache from the browser you are using, then go spectate a race.

If that doesn't help use a different browser, clear the cache in that browser, then try again to spectate a race.
