What does this one help us with?

Yeah, Yunus, with the influx of people inquiring about the infamous O&H, I think it's time to put it on the FAQ.

The answer is that it is as useful as Ferrari's quality control.

So what? :p I mean what does it helps? Drivers?

No, it only affects staff, increases their morale, which does nothing really significant since at most it gets them like half a star higher, if it actually does so. Not worth the investment since it's much easier to just buy better staff.

Nobody reads the FAQ :(

I need to figure out a more effective solution.

Maybe every time someone asks a question that's already answered in the FAQ, link the FAQ? One way to keep bringing it up. :)

Thank you. This is the link I thought about as FAQ link.
But there is nothing about either offices or hospitality.

Nik is right. But I think one of the reasons nobody reads the FAQ is a most insubstantial level or fairly brief.

I did not include an answer for this in the FAQ because it has not been as common of a question to objectively be considered a frequently asked question.
