7 When I press the button to get free parts, It starts to load but doesnt finish. I can't see any ad and get any piece.

I am having severe problems with getting parts, trouble watching ads. these are the answers:

5) Only one account

7) When I press the free parts button I get a warning message that says "no video ads available".

7. On the first try i receive the piece because i can see the first add. But when i want to see one add more, the button where i have to press becomes white and start to load... and that *loading* lasts one day, so i can see an add per day.

7. What is the behavior of the app when you press the free parts button? After how many ads does this happen?
- 1-3 adds and after that the “Free Parts” button keeps loading..
