Race re-run requests

Hi,

This evening our league has had issues with a race which was scheduled to start at 21:30 but it never did, qualifying results and the "Live!" button never showed.
For these reasons, I would like to request re-run of the Spanish iGP.

Could I please get the following race rerun please?
There was some sort of technical issue that meant nobody could access the race until about half distance was already completed.
Some people stayed but others assumed it was off and left.
In the interest of fairness I would like it to be rerun in the next normal slot (Tuesday 1st).

I am Mal and host "CrazyLeague for active players".
The start of our Monaco race (29-Dec) was delayed. Eventually the race started (10min or 15min later).

The majority of us prefer NOT to re-run the race but to get on with next race and possibly get some form of compensation instead. More importantly we would like to know: WHY THIS IS HAPPENING? and whether the problem (more frequent recentlyO can be fixed at some point.

Hi Mal, if you like, the race results for Monaco can be erased. This will undo the points rewarded from that race.


An explanation for the problems was provided yesterday in two posts of another thread by Jack in this post and here as well.

Please could you postpone/rerun today's and tomorrow's race in The Virtual Racing Federation.....they were set to be postponed last week as people would be out celebrating or recovering but I've just had a message saying both races are still scheduled for some unknown reason. many thanks in advance

It seems that my league has had the same issues as Lewis Hammertime. I had postponed today's and tomorrow's races days ago but now for some reason both have been scheduled today and tomorrow. Please could you postpone both races please

Hi, races will not be re-run unless it was impacted by a problem with the service.

There are some users that had some problems to connect to the server, so they couldn't change the car's setup and they couldn't watch the race. I'm waiting for an answer, thank you.

Hi Niky, I'm sorry to hear this, I wasn't aware there were issues for your league yesterday. I will check what options are available since you have completed a race today already. At this time, the only option available might be to erase the results for the race in Malaysia. I will know more as soon as I have a response from the developers.

Hey there! I created a League for some friends etc, had the race days set for Saturdays at 4PM EST, but it ran the first race Saturday at 8pm on the same day as the league creation (created the league at like 4:30pm) and had it set etc. Also not even everyone was in the league yet, so i’m asking if it can be reran due to this error? It’s also displaying all future races to take poace on sunday or monday when I have it set for saturdays. Thanks! 


(Wasnt letting me uplod screenshots, the league is F1XL, I’ the founder and the issue is the Feb2nd Australia race, didn’t want the season to start until next week but instead it decided to start as soon as I created the league and let alone at the wrong time I had set)

Hi Luiz, I'm sorry to hear your league experienced a problem. I've fixed this for you now. Unfortunately, China was reset in the process, and this is my mistake. I have requested one of the developers to check if the results for China can be recovered so you may race at Bahrain.
