Trouble Watching Ads? Post Here

If you're having trouble watching ads, please answer the following questions below:

1. Is the iGP Manager application updated and current as of March 27, 2018? YES
2. Did you try to re-install the application? YES
3. Are you having the problem on Android or iOS?  IOS
4. If on Android, did you try clearing the cache? WARNING: Only do this if your account is linked with an email and password or Facebook. Device-only accounts (those created by pressing "Skip" on sign-up) may be signed out by this process and cannot be recovered without contacting us for support. If you have a device-only account and would like to try this, please follow the instructions to add an email and password to the account first in the 'Settings' page.
5. Do you have more than one iGP Manager account? Can your other accounts view ads and receive parts? NO
6. What country are you located in?  UK
7. What is the behavior of the app when you press the free parts button? After how many ads does this happen?  LIGHT BLUE BOX AROUND FREE PARTS WITH PULSATING DOTS - PRESSING DOES NOTHING
8. How many parts are you able to receive per day before an error appears? NONE

7. Pressing '+' box is unresponsive therefore unable to access ads. Issue has been ongoing for 3 days & also affects other buttons in the app (have been able to set-up car using browser but no ads)

Update +10 hours later still no ability to watch ads. 

Update +15 hours later (25 hours since first post) 3 pulsing dots remain but message saying daily limit has disappeared. Still unable to view ads

5. Do you have more than one iGP Manager account? Can your other accounts view ads and receive parts? Yes and yes, even though with my Facebook account I don't try that much because I don't need it
6. What country are you located in? Portugal
7. What is the behavior of the app when you press the free parts button? After how many ads does this happen? Before it would work for one or two and then stop. Now not even a single one. The add plays for a few seconds and then stops and doesn't give the parts.
8. How many parts are you able to receive per day before an error appears? None

7. On the first try i receive the piece because i can see the first add. But when i want to see one add more, the button where i have to press becomes white and start to load... and that *loading* lasts one day, so i can see an add per day.
