Hi Michiko, I would appreciate if you can share a link to the screenshot image here! 

Is there a crash happening every single race?
Does the crash happen when using wi-fi, mobile data, or both? I see you have various Apple devices. If you could test how the races perform on mobile data versus wi-fi for those that can use mobile data, it will be helpful to know how it goes.

My problem is still present but now only in a 2 cars league.
