Change the duration of the race instantaneously or not

Next season.

I hear so often from different players that they miss races because life happens..... I don't see why a host's circumstances should be different from the rest of managers'..

If "Next season" is chosen, it will be impossible to have a season with different races. For example, competing at 50% and a special day changes the duration to 75%, only for that day, and then back to 50% of the duration, this generates a variant to monotony. Needless to say, this is announced in advance and not overnight at the whim of the host. I don't think we have to change things as they are, in the end because of bad hosts the other managers we have to adapt? I don't see it well. The hosts must be sanctioned and the problem solved.

Completely agree.

With 'Next Race' implemented, if done correctly, can enhance a league by making selected races at a longer distance, introducing more variety to strategies.

In basic what I most would like is free choice, if not too many mess that up. For example majority of season on 50%. But some races are great like Monaco and Spa and thoose would be fun on 100%.

YouTube league has some races longer then others, like Monaco.

Or restrict most settings to season (like refulling if that comes in, race speed, etc), except race distance, so special races with full distance is still possible.

We change duration every season. Occasionally I am a bit late making the change. If you do next season that screws us over if it is missed.

I dnt really understand why there is a choice of length anyway surely all races should be 100% and just speed should be changed.

Then it woukd also be easier to get tyres spot on rather than the mess they are now
