What I hear on all that voices is envy about peolpe who do not spend their lifes on 24/7 gameplay and have success anyway!

Not true at all. This implementation has affected me less than anyone. I almost always get P1 in qualifying and it makes my race no fun at all when I drive off into the distance while my fellow online opponents are trapped behind offline managers.

Don't assume that because people are complaining about it (like myself) that it is only because they are thinking about themselves (EG complaining because they are not winning)

I always assumed the weather auto-change uses whatever tyre preference you have specified in weather settings. is that not true?

I think what he is trying to say is that the default tyre for the game should be Full Wets and not Intermediates. I also agree with this.

How about having your kers charged for lap 1 to overtake low push level cars, Or a small amount of secondary kers (1 straights worth) from the start that is only manager operated, then u have a chose of using it off the line or saving it for later in the 1st lap to see if there is a low push car that needs clearing. ?

KERS implementation is an entirely different bucket of worms and could merit its own multi-page thread of complaints and brainstorming...

If you have inactive members or people who are using your league as a development facility, why don't you kick them? People not showing up for all races is one thing we can't make them all, but if you have members who are not showing up at all & causing issues, then do what you have to do to make the active members happy.

But what if they have PC issues or have a life? Using them for a dev center is a totally different thing and hard to crack down on because mostly people use different names.

I said missing a few races is one thing, but if they never show up and they're causing issues then there is no reason to keep them around. If there are PC issues or you "have a life" then you are only missing a few races a season which isn't a big deal.

The problem is no one has the guts to just boot the inactives. Using different names has nothing to do with it, if you have never attended a race to manage your car and you're holding the pack up, then they are adding nothing to your league.

Everyone gets defense on this suggestion because just about everyone here has a team or ten somewhere just for development. But you don't need to choose a competitive league to do it in.
