Same problem here... plus an extra info. I downloaded all the browsers available (mozzila,chrome,edge) plus the safari and on none of theese working so basically you cant play on your phone... On the browsers you can log in and set up but not loading the race so please make an update as soon as you can because this is a very bad situation

I had the same but after 8 minutes I connected with race so it was some general problem, my colleagues had the same even on phones.

Ok, i got it. I just had the same, i tried to start quick race. I set a strategy and after i clicked "join the race", it brought me to the main screen.

Iphone 6s plus also does not work so far. Another race on which I will not be able to do anything. : / Did they write to someone when they are going to fix it?

Gentlemen. I started the game at the moment normally in the browser on the phone. Not from the application and works. I go for manu, etc. But I do not know if the race works. I have little fitness to check it out and I have a race in the evening. I have Iphone 6sPlus

First of all I offer our sincere apologies. The exact issue a bit of a mystery at this point, especially because the update was well tested on many iOS devices, and not one encountered this.

We need your help to resolve this and we need some people willing to help us get to the bottom of it real-time. We have set up a special Discord server just to debug this issue. If you would like to help us, join here: https://discord.gg/AdkeE5t

We would like to test potential solutions together with any volunteers who have this problem.

EDIT: Also, a tip: If you are having this problem, you can still play the game in the browser, even on your device where the app is crashing. Better still, find a desktop or laptop to play from using the browser version.

Not all iPhone users can’t use browser, the game won’t load after 90%... I’ve tested this in 4 apples devices, and none of them load the full game page, so the option is a laptop... problem is that I don’t have one

SOLUTION FOUND! Temporary workaround

Change the language of iOS to English (the Operating System, not the app), and the game will work.


The game language does not have to change, the game can still be set to your preferred language. Only the Operating System language must change to fix it.

We have been testing theories with some volunteers on Discord. They report that the language of iOS is the reason it works or doesn't. We have confirmed that the following languages are not working: Russian, Polish, French and possibly more.

We are now continuing to investigate why this is happening and how we can fix it in the next update.
