Same problems on my Iphone 7 and on my Ipad pro...

Why the new release of the game haven't been test before ???

It's not normal to be in this situation ... I probably will lost my championship with this problem

SOLUTION FOUND! Temporary workaround

Change the language of iOS to English (the Operating System, not the app), and the game will work.


The game language does not have to change, the game can still be set to your preferred language. Only the Operating System language must change to fix it.

We have been testing theories with some volunteers on Discord. They report that the language of iOS is the reason it works or doesn't. We have confirmed that the following languages are not working: Russian, Polish, French and possibly more.

We are now continuing to investigate why this is happening and how we can fix it in the next update.

Dutch is affected as well. Setting Iphone language to English did work but pls solve this ASAP

I know that, but I don’t want to have a system in English. it's just a temporary solution.
I wrote that their hotfix doesn’t solve the problem. that's all.

Przecież wiem, działa jak zmienimy język systemu. Ale napisałem, że nie będę korzystać z j. angielskiego w systemie, tylko dla jakiejś gry. Poinformowałem ich również, że po dzisiejszym hotfixie, który był w nocy nic się nie zmieniło, nadal ten problem występuje, gdy używamy ojczystego języka systemu. Proszę czytać ze zrozumieniem. Pozdrawiam

EDIT: I have heard that the version v3.44 will fix this problem

Hi all, that is correct, version 3.44 will fix these problems. We have submitted it to iOS for review and it is now in a queue with other app submissions waiting for them to look at it. This can take up to 48 hours to be approved, unfortunately, and this is especially true on a weekend. The good news is we were able to find the problem and we have fixed it, now it's in Apple's hands. We have set it to be released automatically as soon as they approve it.

When version 3.44 becomes available on iOS please upgrade and try again.

You need to wait for hotfix v3.44

Hello,

The update is “Under revision” since one hour ago. We hope that Apple release our update soon. We mailed them this morning to let them know how urgent it was. I’ll keep you informed.
