Andrew are you saying that races will be reset to take place at the time of the next race event such as Weds for our league?

My next race is tomorrow at 21:00 BST. I remember the last time we asked for a race reset, we couldn't get it due to the difficulties in the time between races, however this is because the helpdesk ticket wasnt answered untill mid afternoon the day after the affected race. Will this still apply if the race is reset in 2 hours instead of 12?

2 updates to fix this and there is no change, ... 1 race lost for free ...

Lee, not sure what it is you are asking for. There is no need to log an incident with the helpdesk. We will deal with the issues here.

Andrew, the last time I asked for a race reset they said it couldnt be reset due to limited time between the next race which was the very next day. What I was asking was is will the race scheduled for tonight definitely be rescheduled for tomorrow, or will it skip ahead one race?

All of the races were restored about 10 minutes ago, although I understand that most of these should be cancelled and rescheduled.  I'll work through requests to reschedule now.  If possible, please could you have your league host send me a PM requesting that the races in their league are rescheduled.

I believe you are referring to the 2D trial view when you say you lost a race for free. In case that is what you are referring to, I have restored that for you.

If there are other people who were using the 2D trial viewer when the service went down, submit a ticket to the helpdesk with the URL for your manager page (click on the manager tab at the top of this page to go to that page - it should look similar to this: http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=manager-profile/1155). You shouldn't lose a trial view due to a service interruption. We apologize for the inconvenience.
