It just seems the game getting more and more bugs by the day. I raced at spain yesterday and some of the usual fast top managers in are league were near the back end of the grid in qualify then by the end of the race most were able to make the top 10. How does that work. But i agree with Dean, good luck getting a response as the Igp team communication to the players is poor. Why work on bring new updates, while the game is full of bugs and leave it to last is beyond me!

Gustavo, you mean, rejoining the league as a workaround? Or doing it only when the "fix" is deployed?
Then again, as I said in the OP, I don't know if we're talking a bug, a mistake of mine, or simply an inconsistent system that leads to wierd results, though I'm prone to believe on this last affermation. Whatever it is, it leads to quali results that are all over the place; sometimes good ones, most of the times bad ones.
My last race has been wierd. My Big 4 points prior to the race, which is Hungary, are: Acc 87 (83+4 from supp), Bra 77, Handling 106 (91+15 from supp), Downforce 40, with 20 points to assign. Hungary should be a Handling track, so probably the cars with a good handling will have an easy win (and there is a guy who had at least 30-40 points more than me), but acceleration is still important to quali and maybe can make me faster overall? I don't know, but I decide regardless to put 17 points into acceleration and 3 points into Braking. The stats I raced with are: Acc 104 (100+4), Bra 80, Hand 106 (91+15), Down 40.
Results? Qualified 2nd on soft compound (there were at least 15 guys on SS on the grid though), beating even the ones who usually get a good position compared to me, easy P1 in the race as I was (for some reason) the fastest guy on the track.
The race before Hungary was Azerbaijan. Stats: Acc 97 (83+14), Bra 77, Handling 80 (75+5), Down 40. Results: quali 19th among the Soft runners, P5 in race (could have probably won it without the bad quali).
So it's clearly a car development matter. What bugs me out here is that if I put my points into Handling (bad idea, considering the juicy research I can get from that) to race on a Handling track, I probably wouldn't have got the same result at all... or would I? How can I tell?
All I'm asking here is a bit of clarity. Is it me? Is it a bug? Is it an inconsistency you guys are probably going to address in the future?

I think you are right, in this case of Azerbaijan iGP, it might be car design.
When you switched drivers with Alexander, I thought you would both keep same car stats in order to test qualifying positions. Unfortunately this doesn't seen to be the case, so it's very difficult trying to draw any conclusions.
When I mentioned rejoining League, it was the first thing that came to my mind in order to try helping you, but you mentioned that you can get some good qualifying positions, so I don't think this is necessary.
One last thing, I've noticed that you are changing suppliers. Why don't you keep a fixed set for the entire season as a test ?

If any development/fix happens in regards this, what do you think about Damian's account leaving and rejoining the league ?
We already did this when the car stat reallocation by re-joining was still a thing, before it was branded an unwanted feature. It didn't do anything for him sadly.
To put into perspective how bad it has got for him: A member of the league we are competing in is now keeping track of positions gained for every race. Damian has now improved 72 positions in 5 races from quali position to final race finish. 2nd place is +24 positions, 3rd is +21, etc. Everything is normal besides Damian who is the outlier in this stat.
