I am working on this as the highest priority issue right now. It's not clear why this has been inconsistent with some people, but when we figure it out we will return everyone's in-game cash and tokens who has posted here.

This is fixed now. It turned out it was nothing to do with code, just the database. Such issues don't even throw obvious errors, which is why it proved a bit of a headache to track down.

Support will be returning cash and/or tokens to everyone impacted and you can get your suppliers set up shortly.

The same thing happened to me. However, I'm not sad. They debited 100 million from me, but the tokens remained.

Same here, but worse. Spent £500 million. Didn't notice, so bought more cash using gold. And still didn't activate. So iam down gold and about £700 million.

A Player from my league, Tom Sattler, lost 200 millions and 20 token but doesn't have his own engine. Would be kind of you if you could help him and give him 100 mio and 10 Tokens back. And of course giving him his own engine??. Thank you
