engine import

I have paid for this twice, accidentally. I was the second in my league to become a manufacturer, so I saw the two different notifications '______ has begun manufacturing it's own engines', and '______ is now an engine manufacturer and is seeking...'. I therefore thought it was a 2-stage buying process and bought it again, to no effect. In future updates, maybe a single default notification would prevent this kind of thing happening.

Same problem here. Paid to be an Engine Manufacturer but only lost the 100m not the 10 tokens.

Re installed the account and even check on the PC. My account doesn't seam to have been updated and having issues. 

Manufacturing my own engines, I don't have engines pionts unlike other people accouns. Furthermore, it took my 10 coins and 100m but I don't have built your own engines feature. Not even getting engines pionts after the race for engine development.

I just tried the option to create my own engines, laid de 100m +10 tokens, but nothing happened. 
Is there a bug or just an error in my case..?
