couldn load race

Still cant load any race on PC  League No 111759 this has been going on for 2 days.

I have the same problem in the browsers (race viewer gets stuck in Edge or Brave - I'm yet to try Chrome) but also when I try to open the windows app* it immediately closes and won't even show the log in page (also under administrator mode).

non cest pas regler sur l"application ca ne marche pas beaucoup mieux les commandesz claviers ne fonctionne pas  non plus et c"est tres installe

Hi all, I'm sorry the game is not loading on PC. I've escalated the issue to Jack who is investigating. Please stand by - this may take some time. I will get an ETA for resolution as soon as I have it. 

Please continue reporting the issue so I can document these cases. For now, if possible, utilize the app on mobile devices as a workaround.

I couldnt get in to my race tonight ID 69960218, same problem as abovr, tried edge, chrome & firefox, could get in through the desktop app, only issue there is the ASD & JKL keys didnt work!! [PS i have just uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app]

Not working for me either. Chrome. Stuck at 11%.

Yesterday I had the same issue too, and 3 days ago once more. Live race loading screen gets stuck at the beginning of the loading, at around 6% or less sometimes.
I cleaned the cache and cookies, tried a different browser, but nothing worked.

7% loaded only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! could not play!!!

Guessing this is just not going to be fixed then?

I have the same problem, and it started today.

Thir day in a row now, 2d, 3d, all the same all borswers nothing works  - sorry no go thats a no show and my championship is gone

I could be way off, but Cloudflare and AWS went down this week. AWS two days ago, so it wouldn't surprise if it isn't a simple fix or is in someway related. There's no doubt they'll be working hard to restore it asap. If you can (I appreciate it isn't always possible) follow Yunus's advice and install the IGP app on a smartphone. 

Maybe this is the "big update" they were telling us about :)))

It's stuck in 3% for me too

in the last days i can load race only by APP, on PC I cannot watch any race, i tried with  Edge, Chrome and Mozilla...2D and 3D.... nothing...
