Hi all, I'm sorry the game is not loading on PC. I've escalated the issue to Jack who is investigating. Please stand by - this may take some time. I will get an ETA for resolution as soon as I have it. 

Please continue reporting the issue so I can document these cases. For now, if possible, utilize the app on mobile devices as a workaround.

Hi Yunus,

I couldnt get in to my race tonight ID 69960218, same problem as abovr, tried edge, chrome & firefox, could get in through the desktop app, only issue there is the ASD & JKL keys didnt work!! [PS i have just uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app]

I could be way off, but Cloudflare and AWS went down this week. AWS two days ago, so it wouldn't surprise if it isn't a simple fix or is in someway related. There's no doubt they'll be working hard to restore it asap. If you can (I appreciate it isn't always possible) follow Yunus's advice and install the IGP app on a smartphone.

in the last days i can load race only by APP, on PC I cannot watch any race, i tried with  Edge, Chrome and Mozilla...2D and 3D.... nothing...

For the keys not working, try leaving the race when the race has started and returning. I have a recollection of this bug in the windows app, particularly in 3D.

For everyone else, i'm not able to provide an update but while waiting for a fix I suggest trying the standalone apps which can be found here https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/60944

Hi Red,

Thanks for the workaround for the keys not working, the keys on the desktop app worked for me once i left and rejoined the race.

This really makes no sense. It's been 7 days now and they still can’t fix the issue with the browsers and entering the game, nor has anyone made an official statement about it.
