Hi everyone, this is obviously unacceptable and I can only apologise. I've let you down on this one.

We've been flat out working on iGP Manager 26 which will launch in 2 weeks time, but it's no excuse. It looks like it was an expired certificate. That is why I wasn't aware of how bad the situation was. Nothing flags up on the system and all services are nominal and it only fails to connect on the front-end when that happens.

I've finally gotten around to fixing this and I'll send everyone that has posted in this thread 10 Tokens to make up for it.
