I understand the 4-6 race mini season taking place in order to align all leagues for the beginning of January.
However, just be aware these races are half length, at least for us (as shown in the tyre strategy page). Italy for us is usually 51 laps long, not 25. I'm expecting default rules for our race tonight. Not that it matters to be honest, I think we just go with it, get through the mini-season, and regroup on January 1st. But I feel I should point out what others may notice. At least it has affected our league (Edit: along with no research).
