You control the cars around the track with your MOUSE...... and it's supposed to be awful from the very start to the time you log off....

What did we expect.. It's Codemasters... The 1 company who can't make an F1 "sim" game actual "sim" I wish we didn't have to put up with developers like these, EA and Activision who's 1st idea of a game is how to suck money out of the players 1st...

I do feel sorry for the devs of these games but then they probably aren't as nice (or commited) as Jack and Andrew - :O

i was concerned when i heard that you "drive" the cars, ill give it a try when i can but it does not sound promising i had high hopes as the racing version of the game is fairly good

If the driving was better it would be a good game, although its not really a "management game" I'm letting my m8 have a try on it just now see what he thinks, i'll try it again 2morrow from 5-9 GMT although i had to agree to some non-disclosure agreement so wont be able to give that much of a review tbh

Well it seems taht me and codemasters have a smiliar idea on the design and fit.

although i'm pretty sure you only race against people in the same class as you, and nothing changes from season to season, you only get better parts from levelling up/cash

BTW where did u get the screenshot from? is that from before the Beta?

I've heard a lot about this, and the developers are considering removing the 'mouse driving' option. However, I don't know if this will be implemented or not. I still think I'll give it a go, and I'll reserve my opinions until I have played it enough.

Unfortunately, I'll have to wait to play it though :(

OH it seems they haven't implimented Pitstops, Weather effects or qualifying laps into the game. LMFAO.

I received a beta invite yesterday but the site seems to be down tonight, has anyone experienced this tonight?

Hmmm presumably the invite isn't for one test session only?

You've prob missed ur sign up as i'm pretty sure it needs to be done on the day of the invite.. unless it was for only 1 session

@David, Yeh its 3laps, with what seems like a random starting grid, no pit stops/weather/setup etc etc

I've got 3 sign ups done, nothing yet, but I don't like the reviews I am hearing. Jack could consider looking at the track and building graphic ideas and put that into a longterm plan for iGP.

Me, Lewis, Nico & Jack have all played it today, I'll have another try 2morrow before i head out, not sure if i like it or not, its more like a racing game with a "career/manager mode" tacked onto it IMO although others may disagree
