Can't buy staff

Auctions are fine it's a problem with this Socket.IO https://bid.igpmanager.com:8001/socket.io/?EIO=3&transport=polling&t=LrFKu3p Provisional headers are shown

Every socket.oi is in pending status because of provisional headers.
Might just be someone working on it & fell asleep

can buy people on the shortlist for 3 tokens no problem just have to wait for their timer running out on the market

For us sadly, there is no timer. And i wanted to buyout (i have the tokens) but it won't let me

The main timer of the market is still counting down, it's just not showing on the driver or staff member when you open them

You mentioned buying off the shortlist for 3 tokens. How do we get that option?

you see the 3 wee dots in the top left of the driver or staff member click on it and add to shortlist once the timer runs out and they are off the market you will see this on their contract tab:

The person you just added should be in it

edit : now I see my bid on the top with a counter... before i have a counter with knockout timer

I'm having this issue with samsung tablet and pc in app and browser. I click the auction button to bid, hear the click but nothing else changes.

Tried app. Firefox on tablet and I.e. on Windows.

When you bid in an auction, it's usually the initial auction for an employee. If there are multiple bids, at the end of the initial auction, it starts a series of knockout rounds until one bidder remains.

I'm not sure if that answers your question, as I wasn't quite sure what exactly your question may be after you edited your post.





Have you tried bidding using cellular data or a different wi-fi connection not from your most commonly used wi-fi connections?
