Okay. What you should try next is load the race on a next less worse quality setting, and find on which quality setting doesn't load, then go back down to the best one that did load.

What is your phone model and its OS version?

Can watch it today with 4g, Motorola G4 Plus, newest OS

Still doesn't work, tried everything but nothing..

Can you switch your language to English and try to load it again?

Hi,
I have problem with live racing.
When i set language to polish i can't race.
If i want to go to race nothing happens :(
I use app on Samsung Galaxy S4.
I try to change view quality, restart phone, change internet connection but it doesn't work :(
When i change language for english everything is ok.

What language are you playing in?

I dont know if might help or not.
But I see if you dont allow the app to cache data, the race viewer loads extremely slowly.


11minutes now & it has only got this far


Can yous check the Apps permission settings are all ticked and allowed to run your device?

So annoying.. yesterday i turned into English and it works and today nothing....

Tried every single setting.

Ok, if you can connect to you're account on a computer and change the race viewer to Beta instead of Stable, on low levels the Beta viewer has better quality graphics and also shorter loading times.

Then try again on you're mobile app to first spectate a race.
I have never used the mobile app, it has it's own built in race viewer I think.
That is likely why there is no viewer type is the settings list ( Beta or Stable)

Okay. You forgot to answer one of my most vital questions:

Does the problem happen over wi-fi, cellular data, or both?

And do you always load the race viewer over the same type of internet connection?

Yeah i load the race viewer always at home, so yes the same wifi
