Please try to clear your browser cache for igpmanager.com, of everything, or try another browser. This is a common problem we see just after web viewer updates. Most likely it happens when you have old JavaScript from the previous version and are loading in the other files from the new version.
If you use Firefox or chrome it works pretty much the same, here's how you would do it:
1) Press ctrl+shift+del
