I think the most annoying thing is the fact that you have to wait, and you can't train your drivers when you like, and like me at the moment my staff training is an hour different to my driver training for whatever reason.

I've corrected the message if the timer is in the past. It should revert to a next race notification.

I should have been able to train my driver 20 minutes ago. But instead I get the message, You may train this driver again after the next race, same goes for staff

Why not just ban obscene league hoppers instead

This.

If you let people slide with no punishment they'll just keep trying to cheat.

Banning people is never as easy as it seems.

Do we just ban league hoppers or anyone else who doesn't play by some arbitary rule.
How do you define 'league hopper - after how many changes?
How long do you ban them for?
What if they have subscribed?
Do they get their money back - and if so, all of it or just part of it.
etc etc - I could go on at great length.

I think the devs have enough to do without creating more work.

And how do you know someone is not still testing the system (in more ways than one)?

Well when they change leagues about 10 times a day its pretty obvious. Even once a day is too much. Then it's up to the admins. I'd say ban league hoppers and anyone who tries to cheat by exploiting the system. It doesn't matter if they subscribe, if they cheat they should be banned. Force them to make another account and make them lose their subscription. If you don't want to risk losing it, don't cheat. no money back. And it's not about creating more work, it's about creating a level playing field for everyone where cheaters aren't let off scott free.

I also don't even understand that testing comment, if developers need to test something, they can test it or give permission to others to test. A bunch of people just outright trying to cheat isn't testing.

Seems pretty easy to me.

I'd noticed this thread yesterday, but after training yesterday after the race, the message was that I can train again in 22 hours, that time has now passed, and the message I'm being shown is "you can train after the next race"

Maybe I'm not getting the point, but as far as I understand:
- you can only race once in 24 hours and you have to wait 24 hours after your last race to start in the next one
- the training modus has been altered to a pretty complex time scheme after a race

Why not simplyfing it: you can train your driver/staff after every race (and only after a race, not when you change leagues).
With the now modified system, you have to have access to a computer in that 2 hours period before your race starts. It happened to me yesterday: I race at 10p.m. but left the house at 6p.m., so I could prepare my setup, but not train my drivers/staff.

As I've said, why not just implement a system where it was the same as it was before, but if you switch leagues you can not train your drivers for 24 hours. Makes more sense to me.

Better idea, remove training altogether, randomly increase some stats and reduce fewer stats (depending on age) per race. We shouldn't be able to control if our drivers do benefit from training.

Put a system limit of joining 3 leagues max per week.

You cannot undescriminately define a league hopper.

Ban is decisional to the devs.

Subscribed or not, subscription is a renting system, you dont own the account, you are it's user. They can terminate, suspended, end, alter your account to however they see fit.

See above statement.
This would be best managed by moderators, not the developers. Developers can set the lines, Moderators makes sure nobody walks them or goes over and walks again.

That way the game becomes more of a lottery than it already is.

If you give League Managers the ability to ban someone they will go over the top. ie for me I'll ban anyone from the other 'better leagues' :D. Is undescriminatley even a word trying to make sense of this?

I thought the same thing. I think he tries to hard with what he posts, he belongs in government. He's already a dickhead afterall.

You really should change the system again. Enable training after every race, it is the simplest thing to avoid league hopping exploits. Since you can only race once in 24 hours, you can only train once in that period.

It is really starting to p*** me off, that I can't train my drivers in those situations, where I have to make a setup couple of hours before the actual race.

I have had no problem training my drivers and staff after every race. The timer is just there to limit people training their drivers more than once (the league hopping business). So everyone ignore the timer because it is irrelevent unless you are hopping around leagues.
