Race not open / Connection problem

Hi i have a problem i subed yesturday so i can get the livery witch i cant use for some reason as i have installed what it asked for an it is still saying i havent and iv got a race right now an cant get the 2D race screen to load.iv just got a black screen an iv down loaded the updated java version 7 update 71.Cant someone help me please
