What kind of errors are you seeing? Is it just out right refusing to load or is it saying error?
From the tests i have being doing out or memory line zero is what i always get but it's a system without hardware acceleration. Webgl refuses point blank to run without it.

@Darren
I 've seen an Error i didn't save it but race was stop loading at "Negotiating". Had to do with some disconnections.
I had to reset my router to renew external IP Address.

Firefox is no go. Edge bowser is only thing that works using the flags ticked in post #38
Firefox about:support is saying this:

Hmm, so changing leagues helped, just got into a live race, first time in a long time. Just saw Jack on.

I was just making sure the races were running properly, nothing to do with me. :)

So, I've noticed no comments about Macs and safari. My machine can run WoW and SWTOR fairly well but it struggles with the live race viewer...
Ray Parker medal 5000 7 years 234 days ago
Jordon, I have run the viewer with an older Apple laptop, using both Chrome and Firefox. Both did run the viewer fine. You may need to upgrade the RAM in your computer, i upgraded mine to 4Gb of RAM.

For future note, "Memory" means the same as RAM, of which your Mac has plenty for this.
Does the viewer load at all? If it does, what does it do after it has loaded the race? If the viewer isn't loading the race all the way, what do you see?

Make sure Safari is up to date, use the Software Update feature by clicking the Apple logo in the very top left of the screen, choosing "Software Update" and following the instructions.
Apple used to provide a few different versions which were all the "latest version" for that platform; eg Maverick's version was the Safari 7 branch, Yosemite's version was the Safari 8 branch but they were all the "latest versions"... As of September 2015, Apple now seem to be keeping the one branch (Safari 9) across the few most recent versions of OS X.
The latest version of Safari is: 10.0.1

It wouldn't load initially---only after I read the post about making all settings at minimum was it able to load. Then was only able t see dots as cars, no terrain map. I've managed to get it up to medium and desired not to push it any further because it's still rather slow to load (100mbs connection). Medium has since been stable (see terrain and cars and have control of my drivers) except for when i tab away for maybe 3 minutes or longer (haven't timed it) and come back, it goes in fast forward mode as if it only draws when in the foreground, then tries to catch up.
Version 10.1 (12603.1.30.0.34) for safari

i have a slow pc on XP, i've been playing until yesterday.
today was impossible con join the race.
after the phone was released, it's changed. looks like what it was beta version, is now the stable option.
after that, it was taking long time to join the race but in the end, it was loading, and the race was really stable.
i used to be disconnected like 1 time per race, now i wasn't.
the message was the same, i think after ctrl + f5 (i did after try some times) i got an error on line:0 but just once.
dan ruglio medal 5000 7 years 234 days ago
did join the race now. ;) cool!!!

It could be because we released a WebGL update along with yesterday's Android update. It always seems to cause some problems.
There is an iOS update on the way too. Things have improved overall a lot tonight and are moving in the right direction.
dan ruglio medal 5000 7 years 234 days ago

This could be locked and deleted too. Browsers are moving forward in leaps and bounds with webgl and they should all work using the browser as is without having to do anything.
