Any chance of adding some more CD's and TD's into the market?

Why increase morale of CD, TD, DR does not improve their stars a little bit when you have better offices?

The only problem is there is truck loads of 4.5 stars and no 5 star CD's or TD's in the market

Car Design needs 5 stars to get best possible start out
Research needs 5 stars to get best possible gains
Doctors I couldn't care less about unless they make changes to force them to also affect the regeneration percentage make money using default no star DR's at 50K a race

Wage Bill for full five star staff at my level 2,400,000
Sponsor income 3,200,000 leaves no room for error if drivers start asking for too much it's bye bye

So his Stars and level didn't increase then despite gaining 11 in morale.

I noticed that too with a level 12 TD

15 talent
20 experience
15 morale - I changed it to 20 but he still stayed 4.5 stars to my lvl 12 team


Staff changes might be on hold, same problem as profile and liveries, no room in the severs for chances, once they move to new server it might change something.

I'm going to have to start pressing harder on this issue too.

Yesterday, I was level 14. I had tucked away a level 15 CD in my shortlist who appeared to me with 5 red stars.

I levelled up late last night.
That level 15 CD shows up to me as 4 1/2 stars!

It gets worse though. My current CD is level 14 and is 4 1/2 stars, which makes more sense since I've leveled up.

Something isn't right.

I have the same problem. I'm searching for 5 star staff since I leveled up to lvl15 but the best that was offered to me was 4.5 stars. After taking a closer look I noticed that all level 14 and level 15 staff is rated with 4.5 stars. It seems there exists no 5 star staff for this level, so far at least (James examples show different ratings for the same level of 12 so it might be possible here as well), and the whole thing smells of bug. Rounding related perhaps?

The 5 star CDs available fo transfer start at $729k and up, and with one contract renewal are up to $850k, the next contract renewal at $935k. With Sponsor income at 3.2m and 1.1m bonus, cannot afford to have any salaries go over $1m. It seems like we have to swap the high priced designers and td back into the market. Unlike the previous system where you couls manually enter a bid amount, you are stuck with the posted wage for transfers. The old system would allow you to bid lower wages if you had a good relationship.
Will there be any changes to the wage system, or is this intentional to cause higher level managers to face bankruptcy?

I say boycott the transfers!! What do we want? 5star staff.. When do we want it? At the soonest possible date!

Do not use renew, let the contract for 20 races run out and rehire them again.
1st reason: it increases wages renewing where as rehiring doesn't
2nd reason: I believe there is a bug in retirements, it only pops up renewing contracts. My TD is 74 now and showing no sign of collecting his pension.

Soon to be 5 star once she turns 53. You guys are all sleeping in and missing these people on the market lol

you have 5 minutes to rehire staff for 3 tokens before they are added to the market for anyone to grab, thing is if someone has them shortlisted they might be faster than you and get them for 3 tokens before you lol
