Tyre or performance BUG?

The only quirk as you call it, is all but two tracks they are low or neutral push levels depending on the weather and they have longish life.
But if you use SS, S, M & H over the same length of stint the softer the tyre the faster it is. You can even test it out, get 3 friend with equal drivers to you and build your cars the same, then go racing with identical strategies but different compounds.

I don't get it. He is winning the races and complaining because occasionally the other teams car is faster than him on harder tires. There must be fifty ways that could happen. This is not a bug! It is nice to see that he is so involved but the list of things that could cause that is too cumbersome.

the whole thing is very complicated when you have knowledge from a different tier.

Elite car and good drivers


Pro car and average drivers


The pro car is faster than the elite car using the same tyres just because it has more midrange parts lol
Even track compatibility the Pro car has more stars because of the lower cap

Oh im new to this game and see this interesting, yet after spectating many elite drivers rarely wearing mediums to win races,

Races can be won on hard tyres if you have a good car and strategy. Dont get sucked into thinking SS wins all.

SS does win one particular race no matter what though :)
