Can't watch ads? Post here!

I am having trouble watching ads for last few days, maximum of 1-2 ads is what I can watch. 

Currently I have 12 parts. Please fix the issue.

Ya es la segunda vez que escribo en los foros que es donde te lleva a reportar los errores, desde hace más de 20 días no me deja ver anuncios para piezas, soy bastante activo en el juego y he hecho gastos y tenia pensado hacer alguno para conseguir tokens, pero dijeron que habría una solución a los que tuvieran unas determinadas piezas y nada.Gastas € para nada al final lo que voy a hacer es dejar el juego, a parte de por esto porque se a vuelto muy monótono, no actualización para nada nuevo, nuevos circuitos, hacer que coincida con el tiempo real del sitio de la carrera, siempre mínimo 10°c y muchas cosas....

While we work to fix this problem, anybody who can't watch ads on mobile is eligible to receive free parts. These should be enough parts to last until the problem is resolved.Ciao, I also have some problems for having free spare parts...I have 12 parts only...

I can't watch ads and I have only 9 parts. The car needs 5 parts for race. I restored program, phone, cache, but the problem is still there... please to solve the problem.  thanks.

2. Did you try to re-install the application?
3. Are you having the problem on Android or iOS?
4. If on Android, did you try clearing the cache? WARNING: Only do this if your account is linked with an email and password or Facebook. 5. Do you have more than one iGP Manager account? Can your other accounts view ads and receive parts?
6. What country are you located in?
7. What is the behavior of the app when you press the free parts button? After how many ads does this happen?
8. How many parts are you able to receive per day before an error appears?

Hey, i have 22 parts left, could use some help.

I have 5 parts now and I still can't watch the ads, I had to buy parts in previous race to fix my car, you guys are neither giving free parts as compensation nor fixing the issue  so we can watch ads...

It's been 4 days since my message. In these 4 days I could not see ads. 0 ads

Today I have 43 parts left and going down ...

I have 31 parts... And I can't see videos... 

I have 3. I cant watch new video
