The race was contested, but only by 19 players, who received the design and research points, so 13 players lack design points and search points. Can this problem also be solved?

I have been investigating this now and there don't seem to be any particularly bad designs on the cars. For design points from the HQ I am not able to calculate at this time who did or did not receive them. It will be quite time-consuming to reverse engineer this and I could not do it until tomorrow afternoon.
Would you be able to compile a list of who did not receive design points and how many they are missing? Then we could send them during the morning before your next race.

I didn't receive the design points of the Spanish GP too. As you can see, I was able to take part in the free practice but I was excluded from both the qualifying session and the race. Thanks for you effort!
