This is the second in a series of four blogs about the new iGP Manager, focused on the user interface updates. The next blogs on features and functionality changes will follow soon as we near the launch.

The past few weeks have been incredibly busy so it’s taken a bit longer than anticipated to write this blog. Earlier today, I completed an interview for the AI Gamechangers Substack and am also preparing to give a talk at PGC London 2025, where I’ll be outlining how game studios can integrate AI into development, as we have.

3D Character Editor

The updated 3D character editor offers a level of customization never seen before in iGP Manager. With hundreds of items and hairstyles to choose from, players now have complete creative freedom. Additionally, we’ve introduced a flat fee of 20 tokens per appearance change, with no extra charges for specific cosmetic items. This shift also paves the way for potential future developments, such as characters appearing in 3D environments. The possibilities are endless, and we’re eager to see how players bring their drivers and staff to life.

New HQ System

The headquarters system has received a visual and functional overhaul. The isometric visuals add a new depth to the HQ, and the implementation of a tile-based system, similar to our 2D viewer and Google Maps, allows for zooming and panning around the HQ. These upgrades also unlock exciting prospects for the future, such as HQ skins and customization options that were impossible before. We also plan to introduce a feature for visiting other team HQs later this year and would love to hear your suggestions for that in the comments.

Community Hub

We’re introducing a brand-new Community hub designed to bring everyone closer together. Here’s what’s new:

  • Creator Program: Content Creators can join in-game and start uploading their videos for the entire community to see. We want to help propel the creators who are supporting us to the next level.

  • Top Forum Threads: Engage with the hottest discussions.

  • Developer Blogs and Changelogs: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and insights.

  • Race Spectating: Watch live races from across the community right from the hub.

Is there anything else you would want on the community page?

AI Assistant

Integrated directly into the game, the new AI assistant is here to guide you every step of the way. At launch, this feature acts as an interactive helper, enhancing the overall experience of finding information. But this is just the beginning. The underlying platform is designed to grow, with massive potential for future updates that could redefine how you interact with iGP Manager.

New Menu

As highlighted in the first blog of this series, the revamped menu has been designed with accessibility and ease of use in mind. On mobile devices, it now resides at the bottom of the screen, ensuring it’s always within reach. Features like tab cycling add to its intuitive functionality, making navigation smoother than ever.

Easy Progress Tracking

Understanding progression in iGP Manager has never been clearer. The new centralized dialog on the home page provides a detailed overview of all level unlocks, offering players a transparent roadmap for their journey. This system replaces the guesswork of the past, ensuring you always know what lies ahead and how to prepare for it.

Rich Animations

Every aspect of the new UI has been meticulously crafted. From the polished way buttons respond to your actions to satisfying transitions, we have left no stone unturned. The experience has been enhanced at every level.

The new UI goes beyond static menus and data— with vibrant animations, seamless transitions, and dynamic presentation of data.

New Music Playlist

We’ve completely revamped the music in iGP Manager, moving away from the moody tones typical of management games. The new playlist, inspired by racing and football games, features a carefully curated selection of vibrant beats. It’s the perfect soundtrack to energize gameplay.

The countdown to launch is on, and we will be announcing the formal launch date soon. We’re thrilled to bring these updates to you. The eagerly anticipated blog about the new car will follow shortly…

I suggest changing the engine points and engines icon in the store to look much different... After wasting 10 tokens on Engine points, and wondering where my engines were... I wasnt too happy.

Unnecessary update ( except the free driver's look change ). It was better if the update was about the circuits i mentioned in one of the tickets to support...

I liked it, but the new headquarters design seems a bit "too simple", with the current one looking more professional, with blocks divided in a way that they match each other, while the new one seems more "simple", without much connection between the parts of the headquarters. I liked the update, especially the interface and new cars, but the new headquarters design and more youthful appearance for some things seemed strange to me. Thanks for the effort in keeping the game alive for everyone!
