We're on the new servers now. Apologies for the delays and loading issues throughout the day as we got set up.

Please report any issues you find here.

Please note: As we announced 1 week ago and put on the home page in-game, the following historical data was not migrated to the new servers, but will resume as normal going forward:

Detailed lap-by-lap race result data (overall race results are still there)

Detailed financial transaction data

Historical practice lap times

We are expecting some challenges with data synchronization on our new setup, please report if your changes to any of the following do not show up immediately (they should appear after a refresh otherwise):

Youth scout

Name change

Settings save

Race setup / strategy save

Change active drivers

Change active staff

Edit league

HQ build

Apply Design Points

Save research

Buy shop items

Change suppliers / sponsors

Me and some other players of the League I'm racing on are getting 0:00.000 practice laps.

I was going to delete the post there but the page is not opening now.

All 0:00.000 practice laps have been wiped so they can be re-run.

We are slowly getting back to normal. It was a very difficult 24 hours, but sometimes we have to go through a bit of that to get to the other side. The potential of the new setup is huge compared to what we had before, in terms of the quality it can provide once it's fully up to speed. We never expected it to work flawlessly immediately, there's almost always teething trouble with such a big switch. Over the next few weeks as it settles in, it should really show its potential.

My all is working so much better now. Nearly all year my practice laps took ages and ages to do but now it dose it straight away and back to normal thank god. Nearly made me quit game with how slow it worked before

There will forever be getting issues with any new venture no matter what the situation lol. Jack you and the team had worked very hard with this switch and so far no issues to report but I with thank you all for your continued hard work and effort that has made this game so enjoyable for millions of people around the globe. It's absolutely incredible what has been achieved and a marvel of a game is the result. Please continue to improve the game as you have, I for one will still be enjoying this game for many years to come.

Congrats to the Jack and the team.
Having experienced major changeovers and all the teething problems it can bring, I think you guys have done a cracking job.
The game does feel much more 'responsive' I have noticed.

So far my experience on the new server is very fast.

I miss the date in de forum post. Now I can't see if the topic and answers are old or new.

We're working on getting the comments to show the date again, we'll fix it along with the rest of the bugs caused by the migration.

League not found or inactive

All my tiers had the maximum of 16 players.
I deleted one player from pro. Now pro has 14 and rookie 17? Strange...

But I still count 16, 15 and 16 if I count manual.

Hi Fred, we gave 7 days warning of this before it happened, explaining that it would happen, and we put it on the home page in-game in the hope that everyone would see it. Here's the link to the announcement: https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/15627. We encouraged users to export any historical data they wanted to preserve from before the migration as it would disappear. All future data will display as normal going forward.
