Can't watch the race, receive when i try to open the following text: socket remotly closed.
Messages from person to person i dont get a red sign when i have a new mail. Same when someone write in league tab. Yes i see a red sign but after a while. Have opened the game several times and just now i saw a red sign from a message 12 hours ago.
Dont know if this is a problem what you allready know but hope it can be fixed.

Why not
get the host to request a race-rerun? Also, please watch the language, we are always very respectful and happy to offer support if you have a problem.

I deleted some players from Rookie and Pro. The numbers are not the same again.
I count Rookie 12, Pro 13 and Elite 16 manual.
Update: fixed. Question Dev Team did you do anything, or was it just time.

Hi jack I finished my race around half past 8 and it still hasn’t finalised I can’t train my drivers either as it still shows as the live race is active can you help I’m in the pro league

@Ram - I fixed it manually. I will also look in to where this is happening in the code. It's a data synchronisation issue.
@Ayrton - I'm about to go through every race in the service which had issues and take action to postpone or skip them where appropriate. Your race should be fixed after that.

What can we do as players... Well we can be greatfull, have patience ( if you move to another house it will not run as smooth as before in the first days ;) )and keep posting things that not Works fine.

Hello. I want to know. After update servwrs i dont see all info about last season results. What i mean? Whene you open previos season results yes i see Q times and race times. But whene i open my driver result i dont see what tyres i used, and runs. Can this get back?

announced 1 week ago and put on the home page in-game, the following historical data was not migrated to the new servers, but will resume as normal going forward:
- Detailed lap-by-lap race result data (overall race results are still there)
- Detailed financial transaction data
- Historical practice lap times

we had a race tonight! 10 min before the race it was 27 celsius so i decided to use hard. we started the race in 15 celsius. How can this happen?? it ruined my race...

I'm not being rude or anything, but what is the point of changing servers? What changes are there? Genuine question as it seems to run the same as before.

Depends on the time of day and what's going on. We're aiming for less issues connecting to and viewing races, better latency, uptime and overall stability in the service. Frequently on the old setup at peak times we'd reach the limits of its capabilities and experience the opposite to that, creating undesirable effects in the service.
The old setup was basically at its limit scaling-wise, whereas the new setup will be able to scale well beyond the current level.

Hey. I have noticed several problems lately. No flags for managers on android. Another problem was from the morning I had the start date of the race at 18, although we always started at 17. Fortunately, it was fixed 10 minutes ago. I will keep reporting any remaining errors as long as they are.

Well it certainly was good to move servers, fixed all the problems.
Wait sorry thats an "igp" as im now calling them, an statement thats clearly not true, like live weather and the devs are working hard,lol
Ok so ill stop with the sarcasm, but in honesty there has been no improvement in game quality just more bugs since the move, surely all the move did was give you less data yet bugs in the game are becoming ever more present, this tells me that they were either there before and just got lost among the data or that infact the data deletion is the reason we are now getting mode bugs, could it be that tge game used the data and now its gone its causing bugs.
Whatever the reason things need a fixing, i think its time for someone to go through the suggestions threads and put sone in action, not things like liveries on standings but game improving suggestions.
You guys have been going a while now but has the evolution stopped, does that mean your becoming extinct?
There are now 3 other apps that are very similar to igp, i will not name them, but , you may well be looking for new jobs if you dont do something.

A long post but no bugs reported. We have to be aware of a bug before we can fix it, so please be clear on what bugs you are reporting. The suggestion forum isn't where we're going to find bugs either.
The one thing that was mentioned was weather, which we've clearly put up an announcement about and is under investigation. That's one bug, and one which should be resolved soon.
