Correct, races that began before 3:45pm. I've updated the post to say that.

Neither do I. In my league, anyone can access to the race right now... I hope they fix the problem shortly... 
PD: I have deleted the cookies of my web browser in my pc, and it didn't work. I did the same, deleting the cookies of the iGP Manager app in my mobile phone, and the same result...

Yo tampoco. En mi liga, nadie puede acceder a la carrera ahora mismo... Espero que arreglen el problema pronto...
PD: He borrado las cookies del navegador web en mi ordenador, y no funcionó. Hice lo mismo, borrando las cookies de la aplicación de iGP en mi móvil, y lo mismo...

Races that have started before 15:45 UTC/GMT, unfortunately nobody will be able to manage or attend as a manager, this was an issue we did not notice until it was too late and we are sorry you all experienced this. 

Races that have qualifiers running as I write this will be able to attend as managers to their races going forwards.

We would like to thank you all for your patience during the last 3 days I think myself and Jack have only had about 3 hours sleep each since Monday morning while doing the move to different hosts and some things did slip through the net.

We are almost up to 100% where we want to be but it is mainly settling pains now as we discover issues going forward most of which if not all should be unnoticeable

So if my race is "running" now and I can't enter, what should I do?, wait or leave?

Guillermo, I believe some managers ARE in the race now and managing the race now.
I hope everything will be changed back to the pre-race state. Including cars states.

In my league have the same problem can’t enter the race

finally the race ended. We couldnt enter, when will the race re-run? 

The race is done. Everything has changed. Standings, car has updated by research points. Car and Engine conditions are less now than before the race.
Seems our Brazilian managers from the league have participated in the race somehow. At least one. He has 1-2 and unusual 27 minutes gap to 3rd place.
What are you going to do with these...?
This is unfair. Either race should be rerun with everything updated back to the state before the race. Either whole season.

Hello, we want to re-run the race of our league, I'm the only one able to connect and manage the race. The rest of managers are telling me that they can't do it.
