APP: Can't enter race? Solution

If you press "Go to race" on the home page, header or menu and are unable to enter your race, please do this instead:



Alternatively, to get the home page links working, try: (1) clearing the app cache or (2) reinstalling the app.

The problem is a symptom of out-dated code that has been cached on your device which is why clearing cache or reinstalling can fix it. Warning! Do not clear cache or re-install an app unless your account is accessed via Facebook or regular Login. Device-only accounts (which normally cannot logout) will be logged out and you'll need to write to support to log in again.

We've patched the problem with the home page, but it will require fully restarting the app and that some files are not cached before the home page link will be fixed. We're also working on a server-side solution to cater for anyone who has old code cached as a precaution, which will hopefully prevent the need for any such actions. But in the meantime, one of the above workarounds may be necessary on your device.

Our sincere apologies. We expect many races will want to be re-run, please refer to our race re-run request thread for that. We will be happy and able to do that for you, reversing all transactions (tokens and cash) and results for the race, allowing you a clean slate to do it again.
