Free parts issues

What did you try to do?
I tryed to obtain free parts by clicking on the Free Parts button.

What happened instead?
No video is loaded so I am not able to obtain any free parts. This is happening since 1 week almost

I have the same Bug since days with the App on iPhone XS. The IOS is the latest Version.

I can only go along with that. The same mistake! 

Completely disagree. 


This is a bug.  The button hangs and will not work again till the app is restarted.  

The button works immediately if I kill and restart it. 

The way it is acting is a bug

So, the free parts seems available, but the app doesn't work, nothing happens.

Try this

Hello all, if you are on iOS, please check if you have "Limit Ad Tracking" enabled.

You can check this by opening Settings, going to Privacy, and tapping on Advertising at the bottom.

If the "Limit Ad Tracking" option is enabled, try disabling it and see if this helps.

If it is enabled, and you have disabled it, please write here as such.
If it is disabled, and you still are having the problem, please also let us know.

Mine was disabled already.  


The issue started after the last app update I think. 

It’s to a point that getting free parts is almost impossible 

To add.  It’s just worked 3 times fine after much owning and closing of the app. 

It was enbled, but now that is disabled , restarted the application but the problem remains.

I am erring on the side of caution and keeping this thread in the Bugs forum until our team can get more data to help possibly determine what's going on.

Okay, all, here's what I'd like for you all to do. Some of you have completed half of this already, however, there are new steps below.

Check that 'Limit Ad Tracking' is disabled. If enabled, please disable it.
To check for this, open Settings.
Then, open Privacy.
Scroll to the bottom of the list and open Advertising.
If 'Limit Ad Tracking' is enabled, tap the toggle to disable it.
Lastly, tap on 'Reset Advertising Identifier...' and confirm the action.

Now try again to see if you are served ads. If you don't see any ads right away, try waiting several hours, just in case. Then please report back here on your results.

I have not seen anybody on Android report this problem, so if there is anybody here that does have this problem on Android, please create a separate thread on the Bugs forum for this!

Additonally i have to reinstall the App and do your steps. Then its only working for  times(Parts)

Did you perform the steps I wrote first, then re-install the app? Or re-installed the app first?
