This thread has been created to gather as much information possible regarding each player experiencing the problem.
Please help us out by answering all of the following list below. We are going to actually be reading these posts so please answer each and every one of them. Use 'N/A' for answers not applicable. Instructions are included for some of the items on the list in case you do not know how to find the answer.
EDIT 1/23/19: Try these steps before answering the below questions!
1. Open Settings
2. Go to General
3. At the bottom of General, tap Reset
4. At the bottom of the list, tap Reset Location & Privacy (you may need to confirm this by entering your iPhone numeric passcode)
5. Go back to Settings
6. Go to Privacy
7. Make sure Limit Ad Tracking is disabled
8. Tap Reset Advertising Identifier and confirm the action
Please test to see if you receive ads after confirming the Reset Location & Privacy option. If you receive all 10 ads you are permitted in a day, that's great! Then, if you like to have your location and privacy settings configured in a certain way, please adjust them to your desire and see if it affects your ability to receive parts the next day.
Remember to use both wi-fi and mobile data, if possible.

- Are you having the problem on Android, iOS, or both?
- What OS version of Android and/or iOS are you running?
To check the version of your Android device, follow the steps below:
- Open Settings
- Find and open System
- Open Advanced
- Tap on System update (if you do not see 'Advanced', tap About phone)
- View 'Android version' and 'Security patch level'
To check the version of your iOS device, follow the steps below:
- Open Settings
- Find and open General
- Tap on About
- Look for Version in the list - What is the model name of your Android or iOS device(s)?
- What version of the iGP Manager app are you running?
To check the version of our app on Android, follow the steps below (some steps may be different based on your Android version):
- Open Settings
- Find and open Apps & Notifications
- Find the iGP Manager app and tap on it
- At the bottom of the page about the app's info, there should be a version number
To check the version of our app on iOS, follow the steps below:
- Open Settings
- Find and open General
- From the list of apps shown, find the iGP Manager app and tap on it
- Next to the app icon, underneath the name 'iGP Manager' it will show your app version number. - Does the problem happen when connected to a wi-fi network, while using mobile data, or both?
- In the iGP Manager app, do you see a 'Free Parts' button? If yes, how many ads are you able to watch?
- If you are able to receive parts, how many are you able to get before the problem returns?
- How long does it take for the 'Free Parts' button to return?
- Do you have more than one iGP Manager account? Can your other accounts view ads and receive parts?
