Races freezing on an iPhone

What did you try to do?
In a live game your race will freeze and the only way to solve problem is to stop the app running and log back in, happens 4/8 times a race! For the past month or so.

The race proceeds and generally right before or half way after my first pit stop the race freezes or completely crashes.

I guess but I don’t know what I’m doing too have this bug accrue

Was racing with WiFi on my phone but this began happening to me so I started racing on my phones data, it still happens... the track freezes but I can back out to main menu and rejoin if it dosnt cras

Same thing happens to me.. happens either right before or halfway after my first stop. If the app dosnt fully crash it is just the track that is frozen for me. I can still hit the red back arrow to the main menu to re log to fix the freeze, but I have had it happen multiple times during a single race... I’ve gotten use to when it happens so I’m not sitting there coming out the pit with full push burning my tires by the time I get back but it has happened (affecting my race).. devs please look into this. Thanks for posting this I’m glad I’m not alone on this.

Have you tried turning it off then back on again?

it also happens to me often and during the races it stops 4 or 5 times. I use two iPhones, sometimes an iPad, impossible to play

Iv literally have tried everything.. turned my phone off, uninstall and reinstall, clear cache, WiFi or just phone data.. don’t get me wrong I have had a couple races that I can race fully but most of the time it acts up for me..

I use two mobile operators, wind and tim, it happens to both but strangely not in all races

Since posting i haven’t had the problem occur for me and I’m strictly playing on data now..but I want to note that last season before the halfway mark is when everything acted up on me and the season before that it was almost every race... so far so good for me this season tho

For some days, it's even better for me.

10/4 I’ll do the same if it occurs for me again 

it happens to me too. During the races it stops with both the iPhone and the Computer, playing simultaneously with both

now, in igp7, the game has crashed three times, the last in the final round

update: after deleting the app and reinstalling I ran two runs and had no crashes. before confirming the solution I would wait for today's races

second update: the app crashes, two races 4 blocks tonight. one I filmed, right after the block.
